Delivery and returns

Postage

All in stock items are sent out within 24 hours of payment. If an item is out of stock you will be informed at the checkout. In some unusual cases we may unexpectadly be out of stock, in which case an email will be sent to your registered address. Most items are sent out Royal Mail First Class, unless an upgraded delivery service is paid for. In general, all items should be received within 4 days of ordering. However, if after 7 business days, you are still yet to receive your order, please contact us and we will assist you in tracking your item further. Free delivery is available when orders are placed over a certain amount, you will see the amount left required in order for you to receive free delivery when you are at the checkout.

Refunds

All items (unless specifically stated) are eligible for refund if returned unworn, and in the same condition as when they were dispatched. Refunds must be requested through your account within 5 days of the postmark of your item. More refund details can be received on a case per case basis by contacting returns@iShopStyle.co.uk. Unfortunately in most circumstances we are unable to refund shipping costs.

Right to Cancel

Any user who initiates an offer to purchase from iShopStyle, has the right to cancel, change or withdraw their offer under the following conditions. (a) At any time prior to iShopStyle accepting an offer i.e. before you receive an email from us stating that your order is being processed, or the order is marked in your account as being processed. (b) Within thirty minutes of the purchase being marked as processed, this is due to the speed in which orders are dispatched; to make a cancellation of your order please contact cancel.order@iShopStyle.co.uk. After this time, the goods will be in transit and we will be unable to change your order - you will however still be eligible to return your item(s) - see above.
