All in stock items are sent out within 24 hours of payment. If an item is out of stock you will be informed at the checkout. In some unusual cases we may unexpectedly be out of stock, and may not know of this until it comes to packing your order. On these rare occassions, an email will be sent to your registered address advising your of the next steps. Most items are sent out via a signed for service and should take 2-4 working days within the UK, unless an upgraded premium delivery service is paid for, or it is more economical to use an alternative service (typically in the cases of valuable or bulky orders). If after 7 business days, you are still yet to receive your order, please contact us, and we will assist you in tracking your item(s) further. Free UK delivery is available for products, including free shipping for Abercrombie & Fitch and Hollister clothing.
All items (unless specifically stated) are eligible for refund if returned unworn, and in the same condition as when they were dispatched. Refunds must be requested through your account within 7 days of your order being received. More refund details can be received on a case per case basis by contacting returns@iShopStyle.co.uk. Unfortunately, in most circumstances we are unable to refund return shipping costs for items returned from outside the UK.
Any user who initiates an offer to purchase from iShopStyle, has the right to cancel, change or withdraw their offer under the following conditions:- (a) At any time prior to iShopStyle accepting an offer i.e. before you receive an email from us stating that your order is being processed, or the order is marked in your account as being processed, or, (b) Within 30 minutes of the purchase being marked as processed, this is due to the speed in which orders are dispatched.
To request a cancellation of your order, please contact cancel.order@iShopStyle.co.uk. After this time, the goods will be in transit and we will be unable to change your order - you will however still be eligible to return your item(s) - see above.
